We had an excellent dinner. The Galician steak was perfectly cooked, and the King Crab rice, while pricey, was fantastic. All of our starters were delicious. The extensive wine menu features a collection of exceptional wines and some more affordable options. For dessert, the Basque cheesecake was delightful.
Beautiful, bustling restaurant serving up Basque style food and excellent steaks. The steak was one of the best we've had. Great service - very friendly and attentive. Lovely cocktails and wine selection.
An absolutely excellent experience. We started with Croque Ibai, tortilla and baguette. It’s hard to describe how good they were. The tortilla was the perfect texture and the croque was perfect. We then moved on to T bone steak, chips and tomato salad. The steak was about as good as it gets. I really can’t remember better. The chips were crispy and piping hot. We couldn’t fit anything else in. Epic lunch. Highly recommended.
We came here for my husband's birthday and it was nothing short of incredible. It is definitely a special occasion restaurant but 100% worth it. Our waiter was so generous and gave us the most amazing recommendations. He was so lovely and kept checking in on us- he really made our evening memorable.We came here for the steak which was top notch but the crab rice was divine as well as the gateaux Basque! We were seated right next to the counter as well which was an absolute treat. Thank you to everyone who made my husband's birthday special - we both left very full and very happy !
Came here for a birthday dinner, and really liked the vibe. The food and service were both excellent. Would particularly recommend the Wagyu. The open kitchen is fun to watch too!
Best steak we have in London so far. Galician blond rib was mind blowing and the starters were amazing - especially the crab and wagyu pintxo, both were my fav yet not sure if this combination will work out well, but ibai never disappoints. If you still have space, gotta try its crab rice as well! Everything's top notch, service is friendly and attentive. They have a special/ daily menu which means there's always something new and you won't get bored. It's so good that we already plan our next visit :))
Food was incredible! One of the best steaks I’ve had. The Galician Blond steak was tender, juicy and smokey. Staff were very knowledgable and welcoming. Atmosphere was warm and inviting, definitely a great place to bring friends or a date. Would definitely return.
The staff here were absolutely brilliant in their recommendations, their overall vibe and the speed of service. For me, the food was 5*. My friend found that the med rare steak was a little on the rare side, but she did enjoy it still. We will definitely be coming back
